Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Family Alarm mobile application operated by FamilyChatCloud.com ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Family Alarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Family Alarm is a mobile alarm application that provides:

• Customizable alarms with AI-generated wake-up voices
• Wake-up challenges (math, shake, typing) to ensure alertness
• Family sharing and group alarm features
• Alarm history and activity tracking
• Cloud synchronization across devices

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 must have parental consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Family Alarm offers both free and premium features.
• Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's servers or networks
• Share or distribute your account credentials
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Family Alarm, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, are the property of FamilyChatCloud.com and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. AI Voice Content

• AI-generated voices are created using third-party services (ElevenLabs).
• Voice content is intended for personal alarm use only.
• You may not record, redistribute, or commercially use the AI-generated voice content.

8. Advertisements

The free version of Family Alarm displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to receiving these advertisements. You may remove ads by upgrading to a premium subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Family Alarm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will always trigger as expected. You should not rely solely on the application for critical wake-up needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyChatCloud.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to missed alarms, lost data, or device issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
